We have been so fortunate to go home for a Utah Christmas the past few years. I wanted to post a few TON of pictures to summarize our wonderful two week break with family & friends.

Shaun gets to jump on stage at Comedysportz when we visit.
This particular show he was able to do it with some originals that he performed with almost 10 years ago

Shaun clears his throat a lot (don't ask) and sometimes it bothers him more than usual. He woke me up at 4am one morning saying he couldn't breathe. So to the ER we went. Poor SJ.
Four hours later we were told that he fractured a muscle in his chest cavity.
The highlight was when the ER nurse asked if he wanted a yogurt
and Shaun who was in a sleep deprived, drugged state asked what we all were thinking:
"Well, how much is that going to cost me?"
And he was right. $13 for some yogurt.

Christmas morning is always full of magic and love. Lucky for us we get two.
Time to play in the snow!
We said farewell to my sister and her husband.
They moved to Boston, Massachusetts!
Happy New Year!
are you still with me?
k, just checking...
Shaun's grandfather passed away while we were visiting Utah. We rented a ginormous van and drove it to California for the funeral. It was such a happy celebration of Royle's life.
| Royle asked Shaun & his brothers to sing "O My Father" at the service. It was very special. |
Shaun's grandpa had a broken down 1957 Cadillac. A few months prior to his death, his doctor bought it and had planned to fix it up. That day he called and said it was finished. He let us take a ride in it in honor of Grandpa Royle. So much fun.
