Jordan began dating Cam when I started dating Shaun. She's been in the family for a long time but we were so excited to "officially" make her a sister last September.
Yes, a month and a half later, we came back for another Johnson backyard wedding.

They had Shaun's grandma playing the Uke while people walked down the aisle.
I loved the simple classiness of Jordan's dress!
Shaun making fun of someone taking a phone call haha
Shaun's youngest brother Kevin got married in August. We were so happy we could be there. One of my first "family events" where I met SJ's family was at Kev's 18th birthday. It's been so fun watching him progress over the past five or six years. I consider him one of my own little bros. Shaun and his older brother Ryan are always the very vocal, funny ones... So when we visit, it's usually Kevin & I talking about life in the corner. One of my favorite conversations we had was staying up way too late one night talking about how much he loved and respected his mom and how he hoped to find someone like her one day.
Ladies & gents, he found her and it was one fun wedding celebration!
ESPECIALLY the after party.
Johnson Klan. Everyone's married!
The day was also special because this girl had a birthday!
I am absolutely obsessed with my in-law's backyard. When we stay there and they can't find me, they usually check the backyard first. The reception consisted of me being serenaded while I stared at my favorite view!
My father in-law the drummer. SJ's dad used to be an incredible singer as a kid/teenager. Slowly over the years he lost his singing voice but was still so passionate about music and playing with his family. He began teaching himself the drums to be more involved and is now a serious pro!
The Jo-bro's did a reception dance and it was the highlight of my YEAR.
My siblings (minus one very important one) all got together in Florida last year for the 4th of July. It was so much fun! We have never had any type of "sibling trip" before so it was a special week. It was full of beach, food, swimming, and a lot of baby kisses.
Jack got to be part of the bike parade for our ward party.
(Thanks Larissa for coming through with the transportation)
The crew went jet skiing down in Marco Island while I volunteered to take the little babe to a nearby Splashpad. It was incredibly hot so we ended up spending the last half of the time playing in the air conditioned car.
On the 4th of July, we were planning on meeting some friends at Bonita Beach. We went a little early so we could visit with our good friend Jack Clawson. It was so fun to hear his incredible stories from when he fought for our freedom. It was the highlight of everyone's trip.
In December 2013, we were new to Florida and came to watch a sunset on the beach. SJ watched a man's silhouette peacefully paddle board across the water as the sun went down and he's been wanting to do it ever since. Before the evening full of fireworks, he was able to finally do it!
